Syl K. Bedrosian Founder of Club ShedTM has an impressive backgound in health and nutrition. For over 40 years as a Food Scientist and Home Economist, she has researched and developed new food products and has been a consultant to the Olympic Training Table. She has lectured and is the author of two books and 30 publications. in addition, she has taught international cooking, cooking techniques for the blind, camping, tennis, karate for sef-defense and yoga. Syl is a master gardner and was a dedicated Girl Scout Leader. Most recently, Syl has focused her research on lactose intolerance and the obesity epidemic.
